Choices on the menu that night:
Appetizers--Duck Confit, Mussels in White Wine Sauce
Salads--Caesar, House Greens, Fennel and Pomegranate
Entrees--Crabcakes, Stuffed Local Pork Loin, Local Organic T-bone or Tenderloin Steak
Cost: $20-25 per person for soup or salad and an entree
Appetizers and desserts are additional, as is gratuity and tax
What to bring: Wine! there is no corkage fee, so break out a special bottle from your cellar
RSVP: to Anne (aqc6@psu.edu or call 865-7431) The cafe is small, so seating is limited. Reservations are essential. Please call or email me by Monday, Feb 1 if you plan to attend. I'll send out a list of those attending so we can work out carpool options.
